Buffalo milk stracciatella

We created a special Stracciatella ice cream together with the Paolella buffalo farm from Mittenwalde and the chocolate rebel Holger In't Veld. The intense taste and the higher fat content of the milk form the basis. In combination with the very fruity and untempered 78% chocolate from Peru, it is probably the best Stracciatella ice cream you have ever tasted.
