Shipping
We send our packages with dpd Food express or UPS express and deliver throughout Germany Mainland. Delivery always takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays.

If you order by Monday at 3:00 p.m.,
is our ice cream on Wednesday between
8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
After ordering, you will receive a link with which you can see exactly where your ice cream is located. Please make sure that you can receive the package at home or in the office. Please store your ice cream in the freezer immediately after delivery.
Unfortunately, islands and packing stations cannot be delivered.
Minimum order quantity
Shipping ice cream is not that easy: We have found that delivery is possible from a minimum quantity of 5 large or 10 small cups stays ideally cooled. It is particularly important that there is as little air as possible in the box.
There is no upper limit on the number of cups.
It's best to get together with your neighbors or friends and order together. This reduces the shipping costs per cup and not only protects your wallet, but also the environment
Our packaging
We ship our ice cream throughout Germany and preferably in an environmentally friendly way in packaging made of pressed straw, which is almost insulate just as well as Styrofoam boxes.
So that our ice cream reaches you safely, we cool it with -80 °C cold dry ice and send it by express twice a week. The packaging can be reused or disposed of in organic waste (DIN EN 13432 certified) and is thus returned to the natural material cycle.
The only disadvantage: it is a little more expensive. We therefore also offer classic, cheaper packaging.
