As a little warm-up for winter, we now have our new quince sorbet with vanilla ice cream, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves in our range.
For the sorbet we have twelve very aromatic quinces A spice broth was boiled for hours and greatly reduced. We then slowly confited some of the cooked quinces in the oven and added them back. The delicately sour sorbet with the winter-spiced vanilla ice cream is a wonderful combination.
