Sicilian Pistachio Crème
Our pistachio cream consists of 45% Sicilian pistachios. Pistachios are also known as the green gold of Sicily. They grow in volcanic areas between Etna and Monti Nebrodi. They are only harvested every two years. The delicious pistachio cream is a real treat on a croissant, crepe or on ice cream. By the way, it is a tempting insider tip in combination with our vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients: Pistachios , sugar, skimmed milk powder, white Valrhona chocolate (min. 10%) (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin), pistachio oil, salt
