We searched for a long time for the best hazelnuts for our hazelnut cream and found them at the family business Papa dei Boschi with their fantastic Nocciole Piemonte of the Tonda variety Gentile Trilobata found. The freshly harvested nuts are carefully dried in the sun and roasted at a relatively low temperature. 45% ground hazelnuts with Valrhona chocolate are the secret of what we believe to be the best hazelnut chocolate cream in the world.
