Hazelnut Guanaja 70%

The dark Guanaja chocolate consists of a mixture of South American Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans and offers exceptionally strong flavors. It has floral notes and a very intense taste.

It also impresses with a particularly long aftertaste, which is typical of cocoa beans from South America. The chocolate is refined with 27% freshly roasted, caramelized Piedmont hazelnuts.

Ingredients: cocoa beans, sugar, caramelized hazelnuts 27% (hazelnuts, sugar) , cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
