Blonde chocolate, banana and cocoa nibs

The blonde chocolate Dulcey is a white chocolate that is carefully caramelized in the oven and has a cocoa/cocoa butter content of 35% . It impresses with its creamy, seductive consistency and wonderful biscuit notes. The chocolate is refined with 20% dried banana pieces from the Talmanca Indians from Costa Rica as well as wonderfully fruity cocoa nibs from Panama.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar, dried Banana 20%, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, cocoa nibs 4%, whey, butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Allergy note: We use milk, peanuts, eggs, nuts in our kitchen , sesame and products that may contain gluten.
