Dark chocolate with oranges and cocoa nibs

The dark Guanaja chocolate consists of a mixture of South American Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans and offers exceptionally strong flavors. It has floral notes and a very intense taste. The chocolate is refined with candied orange pieces, from a small French family business, and wonderfully fruity cocoa nibs from Panama.

 

 

Ingredients: cocoa beans, sugar, candied orange 18% (orange, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), cocoa butter, cocoa nibs 4%, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

 

Allergy information: We use milk, peanuts, eggs, nuts, sesame and products that may contain gluten in our kitchen.
